Controversial socialite Namatai Bhobho, better known as Malloti, has once again found herself at the center of drama—this time after fleeing from City Parking officials and damaging a car clamp in the process. The dramatic scene, which unfolded in Harare’s CBD, left onlookers in shock.
Malloti Defies City Parking, Drives Off with Clamp
Eyewitnesses report that Malloti had illegally parked her vehicle and was being fined when she decided to take matters into her own hands. Instead of settling the fine, she allegedly jumped into her car and sped off, forcefully dislodging and damaging the clamp attached to her vehicle.
A City Parking official, speaking anonymously to Bustop TV, confirmed the incident:
“We were in the process of issuing her a ticket when she refused to cooperate. She then drove off recklessly, damaging our equipment in the process.”
Legal Trouble Looming?
While City Parking has yet to issue an official statement, sources indicate that the Harare City Council is considering legal action against Malloti for property damage and evading a parking penalty. If taken to court, she could face fines or other legal consequences.
Malloti’s Growing List of Controversies
This latest incident is just another addition to Malloti’s long list of scandals. Before making headlines in Zimbabwe, she reportedly fled South Africa under a cloud of criminal allegations. Sources claim she was involved in various fraudulent activities, including running scams that targeted unsuspecting victims. Allegations of credit card fraud, rental evasion, and even identity fraud have been linked to her during her time in South Africa.
Back in Zimbabwe, Malloti has continued to court controversy. Just last year, she was accused of violently attacking her ex-boyfriend Hwinza’s current girlfriend. Reports claim she stormed into the woman’s home armed with a knife and launched a brutal assault. Viral videos from the incident showed the victim bleeding from the head, later being wheeled into a medical facility for treatment.
With a history of run-ins with the law both locally and abroad, many are now wondering—will Malloti finally face justice, or will she continue to escape accountability?
